Mai, is a first-generation Vietnamese American. She carries a profound sense of perseverance, instilled in her by her parents' experiences as refugees from the Vietnam War. This resilience, is a testament to the boundless possibilities her parents taught her. Raised in Florida, Mai has developed a deep appreciation for its landscapes and lush greenery, and the diverse array of wildlife it hosts.



Mai's commitment to form meaningful connections and her dedication to customer satisfaction are hallmarks of her exceptional support and service, which she has been refining since she began working at the age of 15. A significant part of her passion lies in helping people navigate through their insurance needs, ensuring customers are not only protected but also feel understood and heard. While away from the office, Mai treasures her time outside of work. She finds joy and renewal by being a mom to her daughter and dog, along with being in the great outdoors fishing, herping, or exploring the many nature trails the world has to offer.
